"Q. How to handle a break
up?
i have a trouble on how to overcome
the pain of breaking up with my boyfriend and my best friend at the same
time, he's very nice and he loved me so much, i decided to let go even though
he doesn't what to end it,..because he is already married, the relationship
is not planned, it just happened that we fall in love..i knew that everything
is wrong..we don't have future to be together, i don't know what to
do..
A. Never ever fall in love with someone
who's already married. Because if you do, it's doomed from the
start.
A. Do the only thing you can now,
learn from your mistakes and when you feel strong enough move on from
this."

"How to Handle a
Breakup
When watching the movie, Diary of
a Mad Black Woman, one of the voiceover comments by Helen in her diary readings
says something along the lines of the fact that a few months of going through
a divorce can make you go through as many emotions as 18 years of marriage.
Its true that a breakup brings out all the emotions of a relationship
and then some. There truly is no right way to go through a breakup, but there
are ways you can go through one making it a bit easier on all
involved."

"I was freaked out by that, and when
I got out of hospital, I thought I should break up with him, but I didn't
know how to handle it. Sars, I'm sixteen, and I was scared and he was the
first boyfriend I ever had (my parents are pretty strict, and I'm not allowed
to date), and I just didn't know how to handle a break-up. I handled it the
wrong way. I just stopped calling and emailing, and when my parents and I
moved house (I'm an Air Force brat), I didn't tell him where we went. I felt
so bitchy and horrible about doing it that way. My best friend told me it
was the smart thing to do -- just break off all contact with him -- but I
wasn't so sure.
I can't stop thinking about him. I
still really like him a lot and I really miss him and I want to talk to him
again. I keep thinking that I shouldn't have broken up with him just because
I freaked out about him being so much older than me, and I keep wishing I'd
handled it differently and more maturely, but I'm sixteen, and I guess I
made a bad choice."

Handling a break up - how to handle
breaking up
"How to Deal:
Just realize that this will soon be
over. You will move on and there is nothing else you can do as they
say
"IF it was meant to be-then it's meant
to be" .If you and your mate are meant to be then it will eventually happen-TRUST
ME ON THIS!! If your not then it was never supposed to be. Here are some
things you can do to help you get through this though
time:
* Talk to your friends and family,
they are always there to help you.
* Listen to music- this will help
you a lot. Put on some of your favorite music and jam or if your not feeling
like jamming, then put on some old slow songs.( or any kind of music that
makes you feel better.)
* Stop blaming yourself and saying
" oh I should of done this and that". There's nothing you can do about it
now. It's done and over with....all you can do is move on and maybe you will
find each other again somewhere down the line.
* and finally MOVE ON- you can't live
in the past forever. Moving on is the healthy thing to do. You don't want
to be unhappy forever.Your family and friends aren't going to want hear you
anymore after some point(you can still talk to them but you will definitely
hear "why don't you just get over it-jeese it's been 3 years now" )Go out
on other dates-meet new people and the right one will come around all you
have to do is be patient. ~~~~VERY PATIENT!!~~~~there is someone out there
for everyone.....and they will come around when you least expect
it!!"

"If you have to end it, you have to
end it. Relationships only work with two people.
The best advice I can give you on
coping with a breakup is much ice cream and chocolate and things that cheer
you up... go out with some close friends... Don't lock your self away from
the world. Stay social. It worked for me... then after eating the ice cream
I got very self-conscious and insecure about my body... which I had no reason
to because I'm quite fit really... which lead to depression and went in a
downward spiral which I've only really just got out of."
"It may not seem like a whole hell
of a lot coming from me, but the best to look at a situation like this, is
to know that you'll wake up in the morning.
I know I'm usually filled with insightful
knowledge when it comes to relationships and dating, etc... But no one can
give you advice on how to handle a break up. The best advice I can give,
or anyone for that matter, is to just keep looking up...
Sorry for your loss all the
same."
